When my husband and I decided to put an offer in on a house, things happened very quickly and we weren’t fully prepared with our financing. We were first time homebuyers and figuring things out as we went. Cheryl was extremely helpful in pulling everything together in time for our conditions to be met. She is super personable and very accessible to communicate with – plus, she got us a great rate for our mortgage.
I have been using Cheryl for over a decade now and she was recommended to me by an old trusted friend. Having never dealt with a mortgage specialist before I was a bit hesitant. How could it be possible that Cheryl could negotiate better rates? Wow, was I surprised. The first time I used her she managed to knock several percentage points off the rate I had been paying at XXX. On the second occasion she got me a lender that was ver flexible with payment options when I was fortunate enough to inherit a small legacy to help with my mortgage. And my most recent dealings with her for bridge financing–well let’s just say she did the nearly impossible. Honestly she has made such a huge difference in my financial situation by negotiating such good rates that even as a single income earner I could put money aside and make occasional lump sum payments. Over the period of my various mortgages thanks to her I have saved thousands of dollars.
